We do our very best to keep our shipping charge "FREE" or very low for our customers. In some cases this means a little bit longer wait time. The more money we save you the better we all feel!  With that said, our handling time is same day and your products go into production. However, we can not be liable for the mail service and the actual time they take to deliver your package to you. 

 

All orders are shipped via USPS. If it has been past the required shipping times please contact us and we will do our very best to track it for you! Rest assured we haven't lost a package yet!  If you need special delivery service or need your item quicker please contact us. Additional shipping charges will apply.


These tips are to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. Please read through them to make sure your order placement goes smoothly. We communicate as much as possible with our customers during the order process and if at any time you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail.


Please pay close attention when filling in your information in order to prevent any errors or typos which could delay shipment.

  • Billing & Shipping Information:
  • Carefully enter your billing and shipping information. Address corrections will delay your order. Be sure to provide apartment and suite numbers when necessary.
  • The billing address you provide must match the billing address for the credit card you are providing or your order will be delayed. Your credit card billing address is where you receive your credit card statement.
  • If your order is shipping to a commercial address you must include the business name.

 


Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority and we want to make sure that your experience us is a positive one. In the very rare instance you might not be 100% happy or there is a defect in the item you purchased, the following information will help you through the exchange or return process:
 

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, TASH Cosmetics will offer you an exchange voucher for store credit only:

  • You must return the item within 7 days of purchase. 
  • We charge a 10% restocking fee for returns. This is non-negotiable. 
  • You produce your original receipt from purchase along with your return
  • The item is in resalable condition including that:
    • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
    • It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition
    • The return or exchange is of equal or lesser value
    • After inspection of your return we will issue you store credit/and or refund. (3 days) 


If these requirements are not met, TASH Cosmetics reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind returns.

We do not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances due to FDA regulations:

  • Cosmetics-opened or used
  • Skincare-opened or used

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

  • Returns will not be accepted without an RAN (return authorization number).

  • Refunds on damaged items will be issued in the original form of payment. Product may be returned within 7 days from the day you received the shipment. If you're not sure we keep record of this date, just ask us! After 7 days WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

  • Other items returned must be in new, resalable condition and in original packaging. Returns will not be issued for product deemed "unsalable" due to owner error.
  • In the instance an item is received by the consumer defective (i.e. packaging failure) the item will be exchanged. We will provide you with a RAN to send back with your shipment ( We may ask for pictures showing the defect)
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping cost for returns and/or exchanges. We are not responsible for any return items lost in the mail. 
  • There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
