Important information you need to know
As much as we'd love to take on everything for you, unfortunately we just can't physically do it. These are some of the things you will need to do and verify for your own country.
We so NOT accept change of mind or buyers remorse refunds:
All sales are final on www.TASHCosmetics.com. We appreciate your understanding as we’re trying to bring high quality products to you while keeping them affordable. But we’ll gladly replace an item if it comes damaged in the package.(just contact us) We will need proof of the damaged item via pictures, etc. We do not offer change of mind refunds or exchanges. There is a 50% restocking fee.
We are NOT responsible for any Customs or TAXES.
Import duties and taxes are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges.
Please check with your own country's customs office to find out if there is any additional Import taxes that will need to be paid prior to purchasing from us.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for refused or undeliverable items and these will not be refunded or credited.
If on our end the package shows that it was delivered and you still don't have it, you will need to file a lost package claim with your local postal service. We will not do that for you. We will however send you any proof that you need to show it states delivered so that you can file your claim. If the packages does not show delivered yet and it is simply lost, we will file a claim for you on your behalf.
Additional applications required by your country to sell:
We do not apply for any any additional applications in order for you to sell your private labeled products in your country. That would need to be done by you prior to purchasing.
We do not accept returns, issue refunds or exchanges based on change of mind or buyers remorse. Under extenuating circumstances at our discretion on a case by case basis, should a refund or cancellation be accepted by our management team, a restocking fee of 50% will be applied. Please be sure of what you are ordering before placing an order. This is how we keep our pricing competitive with others.
Even though we do not anticipate it, things can happen and things can come up. Were cautiously realistic. We do have business attorneys that handle all of our legal disclosures, legal contracts and any legal issues that may arise. All problems and resolutions would be addressed by our legal team-If needed.
We do refer all false chargebacks to our attorney's and depending on the amount of the chargeback and the state you are in we may choose to take legal action against any false chargebacks. False Chargebacks are illegal and a form of theft and fraud. Not only do we prosecute for this, but you will also be banned from purchasing from us again in the future which could cause you unnecessary hardships in your business when you run out of a product and need to restock. The best practice to resolve any dispute case is to discuss with us. We want you to be happy and successful and will do our best to help you with any issues that may arise.
What is a Habitual Dispute? Good question! A Habitual Dispute is a continual every purchase dispute. One thing you should know as stated above is that we want you to be happy and successful! That is our main goal. With that said, we take every precaution to make sure your product arrives to you in perfect condition. We have a safety department that checks your products when they come out of production, We have a 3rd party Quality Control department that inspects your products when the come back from the printer. We have a quality check in our packing and shipping department that counts, inspects and logs the products being shipped. We take all of these safety precautions to ensure you get the best quality and the best experience with us.
