As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to reach out and let you know how TASH Cosmetics is handling this unprecedented situation.

As always, we are committed to serving our customers, while at the same time ensuring the health and wellness of our employees. With the incredible speed at which things are changing around us, we are continually adapting our operations and business.

We are taking PRO-ACTIVE steps to ensure employee and customer safety at the highest levels. TASH Cosmetics website is open for business.  At this time, no one knows how severe this outbreak will be. Given this uncertainty, we are taking proactive steps to address a number of business concerns. First and foremost, we are maintaining a safe workplace and are adopting practices to protect the health of our employees and reduce the transmission of communicable disease in the workplace. Employees are have been instructed the following:

  • Stay home when sick
  • Wash hands frequently with warm, soapy water for at least 20 seconds
  • Cover mouths with tissues whenever sneezing, and discard used tissues in the trash
  • Avoid people who are sick with respiratory symptoms
  • Clean frequently touched surfaces

While we are doing what we can to protect the health of our internal employees to minimize business disruptions, there may be external factors that are outside of our control. We are continuing to monitor this situation closely but we have already observed some delays with our raw material suppliers as well as delays with some of our boxing and shipping carriers. We are working proactively with our vendors to try and minimize customer impact and will continue to provide updates as we receive them.

 Production and Quality Control Shifts will be staggered to ensure that employees are at least 12 ft away from each other (which is twice the distance the CDC suggests). All delivery personnel are restricted to our loading dock area only. All meetings scheduled with outside sales people are temporarily cancelled. What this means for you as our customers: Production and shipping times will unfortunately be a bit delayed. We are trying our best to ensure safety while still still getting products out in a timely manner and remaining open to serve you, however, with that said we are currently working at half staff right now. We do apologize for any delays in production and shipping or any inconvenience this will/may cause you. Rest assured, we are working hard for you!
